Terms &
Conditions

Last updated: January 15, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our services or website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging the services of Corsini Travel ("Corsini", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Corsini Travel concerning your use of our services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements.

2. Our Services

Corsini Travel acts as a bespoke travel designer and concierge, arranging travel programmes on behalf of clients. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and planning of bespoke luxury travel itineraries.
  • Arrangement of private villa, hotel, and yacht accommodation.
  • Coordination of private transportation, guided excursions, and exclusive experiences.
  • 24/7 concierge support during travel.
  • Travel agent partner services, including access to net rates and co-branded materials.

Corsini Travel acts as agent on your behalf in arranging third-party services. The contractual relationship for individual services (flights, accommodation, transfers) is between you and the respective supplier. Corsini Travel is not itself an airline, hotel, or transportation provider.

3. Bookings and Payment

Enquiry and Proposal: Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed confirmation and the required deposit.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total programme value is required to secure your booking. The balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the full amount is payable immediately.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your proposal and are subject to change until the deposit is received. Prices include the services explicitly listed in your confirmed itinerary and exclude international flights, travel insurance, personal expenses, and gratuities unless otherwise stated.

Currency & Taxes: Quoted prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless the proposal states otherwise. Currency fluctuations after confirmation are absorbed by Corsini Travel for amounts up to 2%. Fluctuations exceeding 2% may be passed on to the client with reasonable notice.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellation by the Client: All cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges apply from the date written notice is received:

  • More than 90 days before departure — Deposit only (25%).
  • 60–90 days before departure — 50% of total programme value.
  • 30–59 days before departure — 75% of total programme value.
  • Fewer than 30 days before departure — 100% of total programme value.

Amendments: We will make every effort to accommodate amendments to confirmed bookings. Amendments requested within 30 days of departure may incur additional charges depending on the nature of the change and supplier terms.

Cancellation by Corsini Travel: In the rare event that we must cancel your programme, we will provide a full refund of all payments made to us, or offer a comparable alternative. We are not liable for compensation beyond this amount.

Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of personal effects prior to confirmation of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all members of your travel party hold valid passports (with at least 6 months' validity beyond return date) and all required visas.
  • Providing accurate personal and health information where relevant to your travel arrangements.
  • Arriving at departure points on time and adhering to the agreed itinerary schedule.
  • Behaving in a manner that does not cause harm, offence, or disturbance to other guests, staff, or the local community.
  • Obtaining adequate travel and medical insurance prior to departure.

Corsini Travel accepts no liability for loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from a client's failure to fulfil these responsibilities.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations under these Terms where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or civil unrest.

In such circumstances, Corsini Travel will use its best endeavours to reschedule or offer credit for future travel, but refunds may be limited to amounts recoverable from suppliers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corsini Travel's total liability to you — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transportation providers) once services are transferred to them.
